چکیده

For a closure space (P,φ) with φ(∅) = ∅, the closures of open subsets of P , called the regular closed subsets, form an ortholattice Reg(P,φ), extending the poset Clop(P,φ) of all clopen subsets. If (P,φ) is a finite convex geometry, then Reg(P, φ) is pseudocomplemented. The Dedekind-MacNeille completion of the poset of regions of any central hyperplane arrangement can be obtained in this way, hence it is pseudocomplemented. The lattice Reg(P,φ) carries a particularly interesting structure for special types of convex geometries, that we call closure spaces of semilattice type. For finite such closure spaces, — Reg(P, φ) satisfies an infinite collection of stronger and stronger quasiidentities, weaker than both meetand join-semidistributivity. Nevertheless it may fail semidistributivity. — If Reg(P, φ) is semidistributive, then it is a bounded homomorphic image of a free lattice. — Clop(P,φ) is a lattice iff every regular closed set is clopen. The extended permutohedron R(G) on a graph G, and the extended permutohedron Reg S on a join-semilattice S, are both defined as lattices of regular closed sets of suitable closure spaces. While the lattice of all regular closed sets is, in the semilattice context, always the Dedekind Mac-Neille completion of the poset of clopen sets, this does not always hold in the graph context, although it always does so for finite block graphs and for cycles. Furthermore, both R(G) and Reg S are bounded homomorphic images of free lattices.

$r$-fuzzy regular semi open sets in smooth topological spaces

In this paper, we introduce and study the concept of $r$-fuzzy regular semi open (closed) sets in smooth topological spaces. By using $r$-fuzzy regular semi open (closed) sets, we define a new fuzzy closure operator namely $r$-fuzzy regular semi interior (closure) operator. Also, we introduce fuzzy regular semi continuous and fuzzy regular semi irresolute mappings. Moreover, we investigate the ...

Closure lattices

Closure spaces have been previously investigated by Paul Edelman and Robert Jami-son as \convex geometries". Consequently, a number of the results given here duplicate theirs. However, we employ a slightly diierent, but equivalent, deening axiom which gives a new avor to our presentation. The major contribution is the deenition of a partial order on all subsets, not just closed (or convex) subs...

TOPOLOGICAL CHARACTERIZATION FOR FUZZY REGULAR LANGUAGES

We present a topological characterization for fuzzy regular languages: we show that there is a bijective correspondence between fuzzy regular languages and the set of all clopen fuzzy subsets with finite image in the induced fuzzy topological space of Stone space (Profinite space), and then we give a representation of closed fuzzy subsets in the induced fuzzy topological space via fuzzy regular...

Joincompact spaces, continuous lattices, and C*-algebras

Recent work in the ideal theory of commutative rings and that of C*-algebra is unified and generalized by first noting that these spaces are Lawson-closed subspaces of continuous lattices, equipped with the restriction of the lower topology. These topologies were first studied by Nachbin in the late 1940’s (in [32]), as the topologies of those open sets in a compact Hausdorff space which are up...

On pairwise weakly Lindelof bitopological spaces

In the present paper we introduce and study the notion of pairwise weakly Lindelof bitopological spaces and obtain some results. Further, we also study the pairwise weakly Lindelof subspaces and subsets, and investigate some of their properties. It was proved that a pairwise weakly Lindelof property is not a hereditary property.
